heavier patina throughout the design details

scratch marks & color inconsistencies are present from where the brooch hardware was removed during the conversion process

heavy patina on the underside of the brooch and in the design details

rose cut diamond was originally set a bit crooked, revealing some of the rougher edges of the diamond

I have not tried to open the locket portion for fear of damaging it — it does appear there's some corrosion around the metal frame, so I imagine it might require some careful tools & oil and replacing the fabric that's currently in the locket
